    If you’re using Proton for Business (like Maracuja is):

    1. Email Delegation / Shared Mailboxes (via Admin Panel)

    You can:
    • Create a shared mailbox (e.g., assistant@maracuja.com) or grant a delegate access to your mailbox.
    • Let a PA or team member:
    • Read your mail.
    • Reply/send mail on your behalf.
    • Organize your inbox.
