Increase the number of aliases
10 email aliases in Proton Mail Plus and 15 in the Unlimited account are far too few. What’s the point of paying for three domains if I can effectively only use three email addresses per domain in Proton Mail? Whether it’s Startmail, mailbox.org, or especially TutaMail, the number of aliases you can create with your own domain is significantly higher—or even unlimited—everywhere else.

Payment Plans for Individual Proton Servics (a la carte)
It would be nice to have the option to only pay for the Proton services you want/use. I've been using a free Proton account for years with the desire to contribute, but my financial situation hasn't allowed for this. I'm just now to the point where I could pay a couple of dollars for Proton services, and would particularly benefit from an upgraded Proton Calendar. easier access to my account management
I'm getting confused how difficult it is to access the management of my account, to see for instance my subscription plan.
I have received an e-mail tell me my plan has been renewed and there is a link to go to a dashboard to be able to cancel or adjust my plan.
Until here everything is fine but when I click on the link I'm redirected to a web page with all the apps and no where I can access my account...

I would appreciate a family plan that also includes Lumo+. Currently, I need a family plan plus four Lumo+ subscriptions to cover all of us, which exceeds my budget. Ideally, I am looking for an all-in-one family plan.

accountless lumo+ with per session payment
Over time i noticed all Freemium AI to get shorter and shorter chat time until token limit is hit.
Maybe because of economic reasons its capped more, but maybe also because e.g. Reasoning (or other features), takes up more tokens.Either way I totally understand AI Usage should be payed for. What keeps me from doing it via Lumo+ right now is two things.
First of all payment needs to be fully anonymous e.g. by supporting truly anonmous payment options. I do understand that is the case with proton.

Lumo also does not know. Like check if lumo can make the difference between proton mail's storage, drive, and pass, because it does not know.

Allow security key 2FA without setting up OTP 2FA
I would greatly appreciate if you could allow users to set up 2-factor authentication using a U2F/FIDO2 security key, without also having to set up OTP-based 2FA.

E-Mail confirmation upon changing or cancelling subscriptions
Currently, I do not receive any written confusion when changing or cancelling a subscription. For the sake if transparency and accountability this should be foreseen. Also, I want to know how much I pay yearly and monthly and in which plan I am. This definitely needs improvements.

Worldwide 30-50% student discount for 2-year Proton Unlimited plan. As long as the already discounted price one gets for the 2-year plan is included.

Implement double blind armadillo for payments
I am not hip on all the latest advancements in private payments, but double blind armadillo seems to be the best bet for still accepting credit cards but obfuscating payment details while recording that the payment itself was made for that account. It should prevent tying an account back to a payment method. I don't believe it's perfect but it seems better than stripe and is worth investigating.

Exclude Proton Pass From Account Suspension
As a proton user who’s account is suspended by Proton’s anti-abuse algorithm (due to a false-positive or unintentional error)
I want to still have access to Proton Pass

Slight modification to higher tier paid plans
For the Proton Duo and Proton Unlimited plan I suggest more chat history in lumo(I would suggest like from 2-3 months to a year) and slightly more usage, not anything crazy, but just something to differentiate them from lower tier plans

Provide real robust admin capabilities for Duo and Family plans
Currently Family and Duo plans primarily function as a consolidated billing method rather than providing robust group administration.
When compared to other providers, these plans lack true administrative capabilities. It would be beneficial to for example have the ability to:
- Add custom domains and create users directly within the plan, rather than relying on inviting existing Proton users first then assigning them alias for the customer domain.
- Manage users up to the plan limit directly through the admin dashboard; avoid problems with anti-abuse algorithms where you are forced to first create free proton plan users and invite them.

Auditing/logs: Generate a log entry or increment counter for any sent or received emails.
This would be a powerful tool to monitor for covertly diverted or transmitted emails. The log entry would not have to include any information about the email, just that an email was sent or received. It can be left up to the user to correlate it with their messages.

I have ten email addresses on a single account, and the inbox is missing a feature that would allow me to view only the incoming mail for a specific identity. Please create a new filter for users with multiple addresses.
