  1. Long term subscription plan for all products along with stacking of the same plan if possible

    Currently Proton has Monthly, Yearly and Bi-Yearly Plans, I'm proposing a new Plan to include 3 Year plan at a small discount compared to Bi-Yearly pan for users, like me, who are willing to opt for such plans.

    Also Please give the option to stack the same plan(up to a certain limit of course) if possible, so that users can get the option to buy these plans when they are at sale like Black Friday or any event.

  5. Integrate Bitcoin Cash as a means of payment

    Integrate Bitcoin Cash as payment option

    Protonmail has Bitcoin Core (BTC) as the only crypto payment option and it does not serve as a means of payment, since BTC transactions have expensive fees and often exceed the cost of the service offered by Protonmail, for example today the transaction was about $16 the fee and what I had to pay for the service of Proton was $23.83 dollars.   6. Offline "backup" codes

    Similar or exactly how Google provides 10 Backup Codes for 2FA. It would be incredibly helpful to use Proton Services while on a customer site, or at a location where personal devices are disallowed.

  8. Family plan - Custom domain - Create own address

    Users in a family plan should be able create addresses on their own if custom domains are added.

    To create those addresses demands admin rights but that also makes everyone with admin rights the power to change/cancel the family plan itself. The option to just create an address should be open.

  9. Let the users delete the contact keys

    Please consider to let the users delete the contact keys which are not used anymore (or have been created but never used) from the list of the availabe one, same as already allowed for the PGP keys which can be imported/exported/deleted.

  10. Automate plan right-sizing when renewing

    It would be good for protonmail to see what features someone really uses, and suggest the correct plan automatically instead of forcing them to renew things I don't use at a very high price. Right now, you are only doing this for upgrades.

    I need a plan for 3 users with several custom domains for one of the users. I have zero need for Drive, VPN, Calendar, Wallet, and all other options you are pushing onto Unlimited subscribers (which you can easily see).   11. Remove the subscription limit at checkout time

    We could have a possibility to subscribe to a plan as many times as you want, having to renew on the exact day of expiration is very inconvenient, not everyone has the time or patience to check subscription all the time

  12. Allow wechat pay for Proton.

    So I am living in China and I do not have Paypal and anything that can be used for paying. The only thing I can use right now is Wechat payment. Can proton add a wechat pay feature where I can pay through wechat? That'll make things way easier in China where everything is restricted and not allowing me to pay for anything

    Basically, as the title says, being able to add a custom name to each session, for better organization and overview.

  15. "Unlimited" Domains

    To compete with Google Workspace you should give the higher priced plans "unlimited" domains. Workspace has a limit of 600 domains - even if you set the limit at 50 or 100 you're giving us more than the current limits of 10 or 15. This should particularly apply to Visionary customers who are currently limited to 10. I can't imagine the expense to Proton for additional custom domains is very high, the mechanisms are already built out.

  16. Intégration Coffre fort Documents speciaux

    Tel que certains services en lignes Tel que Digipost en France. Ajouter un coffre fort pour le téléchargement automatique de factures, tel facture énergétique, Loyer, fiches de salaire, pourquoi pas des documents médicaux, tout cela réuni dans un coffre fort sur proton drive, bien à l'abri des regards.
    Soit un coffre inclu avec Proton drive soit une offre supplémentaires lier au compte.
    Onedrive Offre cette possibilité de verrouiller des documents via se coffre fort.

  17. SSO for all payment levels

    I wish that Proton would allow single sign-on for all payment levels. I am tired of having to sign into all the apps separately and it is not time consuming but rather a inconvenience. I would rather have the ability to open mail, sign in, then open pass or calendar or drive and be signed in. The fact that my account is already on my device, should carry over to the other apps. This should be available to ALL paying customers and not just business.

    I have had Proton Mai since 2020. I would like an option to be able to remove my credit card and add Monero or Bitcoin and remove my credit card to be more private

  19. SWITCHING OUT PAYMENT CARDS?

    So my bank replaced my card, as they regularly do, but I can find NO place at all within the proton website to CHANGE my card. It's asking me to make a payment for my renewal, which I can't do because the card on file is no longer a valid card. It's 2024 and I can't CHANGE the card on file?
