    I want to have the option of changing the billing dates for future renewals: e.g. changing a biannual renewal from the 17th of August to the 1st of August. I have contacted Proton about this and it is not currently available nor in development.

    For context, I am someone who works in a high security field where I am not allowed to have my personal phone on me depending on the area I am working in that day and only authorized to carry my work provided phone. On this work phone I am allowed to install personal apps in the personal android profile however everything is monitored.   3. Warn user about adding a card payment option if they have ProtonVPN on

    When user adds a card payment option, they are most likely redirected to their bank's web service to verify the action. Many banks have strict automated monitoring that may lock the card when an action seems suspicious.

    Using a VPN may trigger such lock on the bank's side for various reasons.

    For a real-life example, your VPN might be using a server located in different region than your real region and the verification process may require you to use another device (like your phone) which might not be using a VPN. On bank's side, this may look like someone is…

  4. Integrate Proton Voice inside of Proton Apps

    Make it easier to vote and suggest on Proton Voice ideas from the apps, so that we don't have to open another tab, wait for login and only then be able to check if there's any suggestion similar to mine (all this context switching makes me forget what I was trying to suggest)

  5. Feature Request: Build Your Own Plan Option

    Hi Proton Team,

    I appreciate the great services you offer, but I’d love to see a Build Your Own Plan option. Right now, if someone only needs a few services like Mail, Pass, and Calendar but not VPN or Drive due to various reasons, they have to either pay separately for each one (which adds up) or get Proton Unlimited, which includes services they may not use.

    A custom plan would let users choose exactly what they need while keeping it more affordable than paying for each service individually. This flexibility would make Proton even more appealing

  8. Mix and Match Paid Services

    It would be nice to have the ability to purchase 2-3 services as a bundle rather than having to buy proton unlimited. I only need MailPlus and SimpleLogin, so having the ability to buy and bundle these two services together for a cheaper rate than to buy them individually would be beneficial.

    allow for a fee to upgrade to extra domains for the unlimited plan. I'd willing pay a small extra fee just to be able to come here instead of my now FREE google account where I have 5 domains.

    I might get more in the future but 3 is just simply too little :(

  11. Add FIDO2 Support (Not U2F)

    I see lots of requests about FIDO2, but there appears to be some confusion between FIDO/U2F and FIDO2.

    Implementing true passwordless FIDO2 support for ProtonPass would greatly enhance its appeal. Ideally, this feature should be consistent across the entire Proton ecosystem.

    With the general availability of mobile OTP, why even bother buying a physical security key if FIDO2 isn't going to be supported?

  13. Offer a "lite" version with a lifetime purchase option for users who use minimal features.

    I love the services Proton offers and believe they should be compensated for the great work they do. But I would really like to be able to just pay like a one time $250 for an account that had the paid subscription benefits but with just a single email domain and half the storage or something.

    Consumers are burnt out on subscription models, we need to go back to just buying something and that be the end of the transaction.

  14. There could be more cryptocurrency options

    Users can already pay by Bitcoin. However Bitcoin isn't the most private nor cheapest cryptocurrency to use. I suggest Proton paid plans could be paid with other cryptocurrencies such as Monero, Litecoin, Etherium and Bitcoin Cash.

  17. Expert mode for security/recovery

    I love Proton and rely on it for email and password management. This makes my Proton account's security paramount, since this is the gateway to everything else now. That is why I have two security keys that protect access to this critically important account with unfishable 2FA. My password is kept offline, and is backed-up in various ways.

    Proton, however, seems to work against my efforts sometimes. I'm obligated to also use an authenticator app to use my security keys. Without asking, I'm suddenly opted-in to having recovery files downloaded to my trusted devices. Allow password reset from settings is…

  18. Have an economy paid level of $10+/- per Year

    $4.99 per month for the lowest paid account is ridiculous. And the recent offer of $1 per month...for just ONE month...is silly. BUT I would jump to join a paid BASIC account at a reasonable $1 per month -- $12 rather than $60 per year -- if for no other reason than to support the Proton site. --It is beyond me why Proton has never had a basic $10+/- a year account level for people who justifiably balk at a ridiculous $60 for features little beyond those of a free account.
