Rearrange Plans
Here is the thing. We all come here for privacy, yes? Now, if I had to take a guess of users : the 5 services : the frequency of which one was used.
I bet you, were looking at a dominant % on the ultimate plan, especially the 1-2yr deals. I don't think there are many people who only buy proton drive plus, as it is the same price as mail & calendar premium. They made Proton Pass relatively cheap, i think as low as $1.99 per m/o. The reviews on proton pass are high, and I think mail / VPN is the true killer combination, however that does not exist. While this is not my ideal outcome, option 1 is finding a way to combine the 3 into a price, because a secure pass manager is almost like a free sample.
- Mail, Pass, Calendar Premium $._ or include the option to alter
Mail, Pass, Drive Storage Increase $._
OPTION 1This will be a way to save money from a customers perspective, but include a middle. I love the products, but they sit with no middle point, really.
VPN Premium - Keep it how it is separate, my opinion is it is slightly pricey, especially based on the ultimate. There is a high chance, customers want specifics instead of all products, not to even down play them. Some customers may just have been using One Drive or Google Drive especially if they have some sort of their cheap plan. They offer roughly $2 m/o for 100gb or at $7 1024gb including the software likes word/docs, excl, PDF, etc. I think you could still offer Drive or Pass as a solo option, but dim the drive price down such as with pass. Still having OPTION 1 as a bundle.
OPTION2
Remix the Ultimate Package, if both above were done.
See, that package seems more like, I want 2 or 3 of these 5 services, and its expensive to buy the others (spending more than what the ultimate offers) It also happens to be under version normal category of sales. Not Business, which while it could still be used to write off etc, it would like more ideal being adding a business version, or making the ultimate a buffed up version of all 5 services, and yes this means charge more.
it could be on both sides | Regular, & Business
I think this would increase sales. and profit, for the company.
it would also increase customer satisfaction. The ability to find a suitable selection of your services would be a game changer in opinion.
OPTION 3
I will likely re-post in general - #Confirmed

I see where you’re coming from—offering more flexible plans would definitely make things easier for users. It reminds me of when I was searching for hair restoration solutions. I stumbled upon https://afrohairtransplants.com/ and appreciated how they offered tailored treatments based on individual needs. Similarly, Proton could benefit from customizable bundles to let users pick the services they truly need. It’d be a win-win for everyone!

I see all kinds of great ideas and implementations, but as a community we should not forget to value the importance of change.
----
This would do an array of things, which i will gladly explain.
I don't have any of their data, statistics, etc, so this is purely a conceptual bias.
----
FIRST- Increase the amount of packages for the company, which is ideally a website display of a subscription. The services are created, the packaging for prices would be the easy part.
---
SECOND- Offer a quality & proportionate display of the products. Including the combo that has one alternative ( so 2 different choices ) Which all flow together. The alternative would be back to my point of customer preference. Some may prefer that drive space, while others may prefer the Calendar to stay organized. & I think the Pass is a must have for 1 form used to store passwords. Your whole business structure is in the privacy, so if you were willing to drop the price to test it out, or increase sales for it, then this ideally balances everything regardless.
----
3 - Allow for a separation of the Drive as well, if you wish to charge small to large amounts, for increasing sets of storage. You still have the ability to sell the Pass / Calendar & Mail separate too, so it is not like you would have to remove anything. Just tweak pricing and plans slightly.

I've spent an unfortunate amount of hours on video games in my life. We are in the several thousands, where I achieved roughly top 0.5% in Rocket League at one point. I have fair identification issues of pattern analysis due to this, & all of the other competitive shooters played. In addition, the most important part is I've spent another 2000-3000 hours in total on the skill trade Barbering. One thing I learned while cutting hair, and achieving the look a client wanted.. wasn't easy. I knew it was possible though. See, sometimes, the ideal method is to do less than you realize. You can use all sorts of tools, and get the hair to re-act a certain way, and in technical terms / looks it is very similar with slightly different styles. If a client has a lot of hair, you get them in what I call routine mode. This is where as long as they get a cut within like 2-4 weeks, anytime you cut their hair it will already be in a similar structure because of the growth pattern. Section the hair in the shape they want, and trim as needed. Now there is a lot hair here holding back my fade, what do I do? Anything, really. Ideally, you would be stuck cutting the hair for a blend if it is very dense. Instead of spending 5-10 mins trying to use a clipper and comb or something like that, take your {blending} shears, which have spaced teeth to remove density or weight. Another thing to consider, is will their hair and the product do the work? if it does, all you gotta do is touch up certain areas especially if their top hasn't grown & they just want it cut into the top. Sometimes, they say they want a trim but their length isn't the issue it just looks dull because of how it was cut. a simple technique is called point cutting, and their is 3 forms of it. You could do 2 of them: Deep point cuts, & angled point cuts that are just as the tip of the hair, creating massive amounts of texture and all of a sudden the client likes the hair. Barber's were the first forms of surgeons, never underestimate a skilled professional in the craft. They perform analysis of a sphere like object that is imperfect ( by far ) , & each individual has a unique issue. Crown issues, balding spots, density, hair wants to force one way, recently experienced a poor haircut.. etc. Our job, Mens Makeup
