videoconferencing
Hello,
I'm a French independant social and family economics advisor (social worker) and I'm looking for a secure videoconferencing tool. I hope Proton will offer this as part of one of its subscriptions soon.

Make a announcement specifiying the ethics of how Proton will approach AI
It's hard to tell the extent to which AI will play a role in the future technological landscape, so it's important that Proton establishes and makes clear their ethics for designing AI products.
https://www.ted.com/talks/yoshua_bengio_the_catastrophic_risks_of_ai_and_a_safer_path
He said he is currently working on a "Scientist AI" that would try to understand the world, not change it. This would allow people access to unbiased predictions that would work for the interests of humans, not for AI's interests and its self-preservation.I believe this TED talk may help Proton with developing their stance; maybe Proton could have a "scientist AI" approach as mentioned in…

Proton Home – Smart Home Management by Proton
I’d like to propose a new service called Proton Home.
The idea is to have a central platform where users can manage all their smart home devices securely and easily, directly from their Proton account. With Proton Home, you could:
Control smart lights, thermostats, cameras, and other smart devices.
Set up automation routines (like turning off lights when leaving home).
Share device access securely with family members or trusted people.
Monitor device activity and energy usage in one dashboard.
Keep everything private and encrypted, in line with Proton’s privacy-first approach.
Essentially, Proton Home would allow users to manage their smart…

Zoom Alternative
Zoom has been caught out with E2E lies in the past. Also, they scrape user content for AI training. Not a platform that should be trusted. A Proton VC to multiple endpoints with private E2E across them all would be awesome.

Proton Pass To Do Lists; Reminders
I think it would be excellent if you could expand Proton Pass to include reminders, in addition to the Notes functionality.
I would love to be able to create 'to do' lists - with tasks I can check off - within Proton Pass, benefiting from the security and cross-device synchronisation Proton Pass provides. If this included functionality to be able to specify deadlines (with associated notifications), that would be even better.

Quantumcomputer Encryption [SECURITY THREAT]
"SAVE NOW, DECRYPT LATER" is a big threat to all of our data and it's affecting us already.
Considering Proton is at the frontier of online security and the relatively new announcements of NISTs Quantum Encryption methods, I would suggest you look into applicability of those methods to your services.
I hope this makes it up the ladder, because this SECURITY BREACH AFFECTS EVERY PROTON USER AND EVERY SINGLE INFORMATION: Starting with all email traffic, to drive documents, calendar and even all browser history through ProtonVPN. To go even further, proton users and VPN exit nodes could be specially monitored,…

Dark email body content
Dark theme works great except that the message body content is set to have a white background of "#fff". An easy fix is the following:
1.) Apply a CSS filter. "filter: invert(1)" to the element with attribute data-testid="message-content:body"
2.) Apply another CSS filter to images so they are not inverted. CSS selector img.
I tried it and it works but it's not permanent since I'm only modifying the styles using the browser's dev tools.
Please add this to the dark theme CSS.

Proton Firewall
GlassWire is an excellent firewall, but way too expensive for the common user. Consider a joint venture for Protonmail/vpn customers or direclty buy the company :D

Antivirus and firewall
I'm willingly to move to Proton ecosystem if they provide an antivirus and firewall like any other company does. I hope Proton will consider my suggestion in the future.

Proton Docs Mobile and Desktop App
It would be nice if there would be an Proton Docs Mobile and Desktop App, because it is easier to work with an app as to open Proton Docs every time in the browser.

LaTex rendering in Lumo
When using Lumo in my web browser (both Firefox and Librewolf) LaTex does not render properly. For example, Lumo returned the following:
[ x^T A x \geq 0 \quad \forall x ]
instead of the actual LaTex rendering.
It would be nice if you could have Lumo actually render this.

A Proton Social Media Platform
Having an uncensored platform to express ideas would be a game changer in the world of social media. X, (formerly "Twitter"), as well as Gab, Truth Social, Parler, et. al., have moderators who decide what is acceptable. This is NOT free speech. What one person (or moderator), finds offensive, another may find humorous or innocuous or blustering rhetoric. Freedom to express ideas and opinions, even ones that some might find offensive, (i.e. war, race, gender, ethnicity, etc.,) or anything else that might hurt someone's feelings should be absolute. Having filters in place where users can choose whether or not to…

Google Suite
Honestly, just copy everything Google does with their contacts, calendar, notes, tasks, etc. It's super frustrating that their suite of applications is as excellent as it is for such an evil company.
I'm finding it very difficult to make the move over to Proton because of missing features.
