    Really needed ASAP. I cannot even add a current chat to a new (or old) project, much less multiple Chats - to be able to consolidate chats/folders/files, etc...like the other services do, is critical to being able to use LUMO as a productivity tool and not just an occasional "answer me this..."service.

    Request for better Lumo image support + more flexible bundling for existing customers

    I’m a long-time Proton user with multiple services (including Unlimited). I love the privacy focus of Lumo, but I’m frustrated by the ongoing lack of reliable image/PDF screenshot support (JPG, PNG, Snagit exports, etc.). This was promised in the 2025 roadmap but still doesn’t work consistently, even via Proton Drive.
    Additionally, as an existing paid customer, the lack of meaningful discounts or flexible bundling for Lumo Plus feels unfair. Many of us would prefer the ability to build our own packages rather than being pushed into full bundles.
    Please prioritize:

    Full image upload + vision analysis (including screenshots and embedded PDFs).
    Better loyalty pricing for long-term customers.
    More customizable service bundles.

    Thank you for building privacy-first tools — these improvements would make Lumo a true daily driver for professional work like contract review and HR documentation.
