Bring back Permanent KillSwitch in Linux Protonvpn v4

Protonvpn v4 on Ubuntu no longer supports the Permanent KillSwitch.
This poses a Risk if a user forgets to manually start Protonvpn or if a user gets disconnected from a current session.

    yes. this is important. I like v4 for linux, it is simple clean and fast. but Protonvpn v4 for linux needs Permanent KillSwitch.
