Permanent MTU Setting for WireGuard in ProtonVPN
Dear ProtonVPN Team,
I appreciate your service and the security it provides. However, I've noticed an issue when I'm using WireGuard with ProtonVPN which is the significantly slow performance, and I found that reducing the default MTU value from 1420 to 1350 resolves connectivity problems, but this setting must be manually adjusted for each new connection.
I suggest adding a feature that allows users to set a persistent, custom MTU value for WireGuard connections. This could be an advanced setting within the ProtonVPN application, where users input their desired MTU, which is then automatically applied for all WireGuard connections.
This feature would greatly improve the user experience for those encountering MTU-related issues and enhance the usability of ProtonVPN's WireGuard implementation.

This is an annoying issue and I also wish there was a way to set MTU from the app setting.
