If someone snatches our unlocked phone from our hands or if we lend it to someone to access another application, they would have full access view and modify our calendars. This is why adding a layer of protection if the device is unlocked is crucial.

I would say that the more important reason is to not have all your eggs in one basket. If Proton is your main email then it getting compromised would also mean your password manager being exposed. Just to not over rely on a single point of failure I would require at least different passwords. An independent TOTP for Proton Pass would be ideal.

Bitwarden currently allows generating passwords of up to 128 characters; surpassing that number would put Proton Pass ahead of Bitwarden.

Please integrate one of the Standard Notes subscription plans with Proton like was done with SimpleLogin. It would be great if Unlimited Proton subscribers could get the Professional Standard Notes subscription included!
