I look foward to SecureNotes being able to take attachments of secure documents. I know there is ProtonDrive, so build that functionality into ProtonPass so that it can use 100MB shared from Drive for SecureNotes to be able upload attachements.
Things like ID's, Wills. Bonds, anything important that one has scanned in as pdf and archived the physical docs, and also text documents or PDF with backup codes from MFA need to be accessable from ProtonPass but also secure.
Im sure alot of users will agree with me to implement the feature this way...
I used to use Bitwarden paid version and migrated to ProtonPass when it launched, I was very disappointed when I imported all of my passwords and secure notes, only to find my secure notes no longer had the attachments.
My most important stuff is stored there, and I also use it to store a txt doc for the backup codes of each MFA account. I know you can create a secure note and type it in there, but having one secure note that stores those is much better.
Also the ability to save those very important docs is vital if your password manager to be the leader in the market place.
So listen to my idea....
Use the ProtonDrive to allocate the space for ProtonPass to be able to hold the attachments, it doesnt have to be alot 100MB is ample space for the feature.
BUT its very important that should you do this and I repeat, DO NOT under any curcumstances make the attachments available to access from Drive. Its very important that you DO NOT do that.
The space needs to be secure and only accessable to Proton Pass.Qadir Taylor

If Proton encourages DE-GOOGLING then It needs to position every service at the forefront when android user makes api call to a compatible service, but at the same time needs to be secure enough so that its not vulnerable to Googles Storage Frameworks and Policies.
Ive been with Proton for a longtime and we all want this and that feature that makes everything easier. Its because of EASIER that we fell for Googles trap.
There is a reason why Proton does what they do in the way they do it.
The fact that they havent spoken against this request means that they havent shunned it. They're probably working on the PROTON WAY to do it.
Proton is about security and Privacy. So you dont want it popping up everywhere.
If I had my way every sevice would hidden and only accessable via comman line.
Thats the way we need to treat it.
Yes promote the product because this is the best company in the world. But be careful who sees what kind of Power you hold in your hands, on the desktop or on the web. I speak from 1st hand experience.
I think its a good idea, but sometimes the best things in life are a well kept secret.
