    With Proton having an account app for all account settings related to billing, it is designed for Android and iPhone users who are using tablets, as well as Windows and Mac users, similar to the growing number of people with Chromebooks these days.

  3. Extended notice periods for invoices during holidays.

    My 24-month subscription was discontinued with only 10 days notice, it might be a good idea to wait a bit longer before canceling subscriptions, especially during the end-of-year holidays.

  4. passwort name

    Name of the passwords when logging in is not always clear that sometimes makes sure to log in.

    The 2. Password for the mailbox and password for the password manager are affected.
    It would be helpful to create a clear and clearly recognizable distinction of the passors when logging in for several languages.

  5. Allow Upgrade from MailPlus to the Proton Unlimited from Google Play

    I subscribed to MailPlus and bought the 1 year subscription. Now I learn that there is a Proton Unlimited Plan, but since I bought the 1 year MailPlus, there is no option for me to Upgrade to 1 Year of Unlimited. I find the VPN to be very useful and want to use it on my PC and my Phone at the same time.

  6. Block Account Logins from Email Aliases

    You are currently able to log in to a Proton service using any of your email aliases. A user should have the option to disable account logins for anything other than their original account username.

  7. Long term subscription plan for all products along with stacking of the same plan if possible

    Currently Proton has Monthly, Yearly and Bi-Yearly Plans, I'm proposing a new Plan to include 3 Year plan at a small discount compared to Bi-Yearly pan for users, like me, who are willing to opt for such plans.

    Also Please give the option to stack the same plan(up to a certain limit of course) if possible, so that users can get the option to buy these plans when they are at sale like Black Friday or any event.

  9. Change primary email

    The ability to swap the primary default used email under a user e.g in Joe he has joe@exp.com and moe@exp.com, Joe accidentally set his default email to what he had at the time moe@exp.com but now wants to use his new joe@exp.com, is it possible for Joe to change this

    it can be good to see storage usage, group by app, by folders for proton mail, by category in proton drive, by vault in proton pass, etc...

    maybe take some inspiration from https://apps.kde.org/fr/filelight/ or another tools dedicated to storage management

  12. True ID Authentication & Account Recovery

    I've prepared plans to recover my account in the event that my password is lost, however I wanted to know if it was possible to implement an account recovery feature that would involve validating someone's ID using someone's government issued ID like a driver's license or passport.

    This feature would come in handy if someone lost access to their account for a prolonged period, and are not concerned with anonymity.

  15. Integrate Proton Voice inside of Proton Apps

    Make it easier to vote and suggest on Proton Voice ideas from the apps, so that we don't have to open another tab, wait for login and only then be able to check if there's any suggestion similar to mine (all this context switching makes me forget what I was trying to suggest)

  17. Integrate Bitcoin Cash as a means of payment

    Integrate Bitcoin Cash as payment option

    Protonmail has Bitcoin Core (BTC) as the only crypto payment option and it does not serve as a means of payment, since BTC transactions have expensive fees and often exceed the cost of the service offered by Protonmail, for example today the transaction was about $16 the fee and what I had to pay for the service of Proton was $23.83 dollars. Therefore I suggest that you add as an option to be able to pay in Bitcoin Cash (BCH) which is the Bitcoin that keeps the original properties of the Bitcoin that Satoshi…

  19. Complete Log of account: Plan Type- $ amount paid- subscription Begin and End Dates

    I've been looking for days trying to find what my Current Plan IS and when the Subscription Ends, It seem to be a guarded secret.

    Through an OLD Help email I linked to an offer from Proton that showed my current Plan AND I could RENEW MY CURRENT PLAN.

    Why is RENEW your current plan NOT AN OPTION? Seems all Proton wants is to UPGRADE you to a more expensive Plan, even if you are already ON the plan.
    Take the coffee pot out of the advertising departments break area.
