Provide full storage consumption option
Please remove per month storage option,allow the user to consume full limit of GB storage allotted them respectively without month or year restriction provide the unlimited for their paying money, after they reach certain storage limit even month or day or year then only provide them add on package of storage option not per month pay option istead of that pay one time get full storage option.This per month auto renewal is the reason most people create multiple ids and shifting to google emails even though proton is worlds most secured email provider. provide them plans to buy more storage.Try…

allowing business customers to regularly pay by bank transfer and add a button for that
Dear all, since business customers do not prefer recurring payments being done by credit card or PayPal, would it be possible to accept payment by bank transfer as a normal option? Currently, I have to write to your support every month, showing that I have paid my plan for the upcoming month, and proton matches my payment manually. The business suite only earns that name when business customers can pay by bank transfer. This is standard business practice.

Bulk Actions for the Spam, block, and allow lists
Currently maintainance of these lists is tedious. Add a checkbox column before the address column in the spam block and allow lists. Once a checkbox has been clicked, a new bulk action menu appears that has a dropdown for spam, block, and allow. Add buttons for de/select all and delete all items in this new bulk action header. Also add pagination size in increments of 25.

Modular bundles for PLUS users
Hi, I love your services! I'm currently using Proton Mail Plus and I'd like to suggest a "Modular Bundle" system.
It would be amazing if we could pick and choose additional services (like Proton Pass) and add them to our existing Plus plan with a loyalty discount (e.g. 40%). Currently, the jump to the Unlimited plan is quite big if someone only needs two specific services.
Allowing us to customize our plans would be a game-changer for the community!

Ticket, Testphase und einfacherer Support
Ich habe den kostenlosen Accout getestet und möchte nun unlimited testen. Noch nicht abonnieren. Ich finde es befremdlich, dass der ganze Support auf englisch ist. Auch weil es ein Schweizer Unternehmen ist. Es ist für mich befremdlich, dass es kein Ticketsystem gibt, wo mir geholfen wird. Diese Lösung hier ist für ein Unternehmen ressourcensparend, aber wenig Userfreundlich, weil umständlich. Primäre Frage war: Ich möchte meinen kostenlosen account auf unlimited upgraden um ihn kostenlos 8 Tage zu testen. Geht das?
