How can we improve our accounts settings, payments or plans?

  1. Exclusive ProtonVPN servers for Visionary Plans

    I think that ProtonVPN should offer exclusive servers for Visionary Plan users. I am a big advocate for everyone having access to a secure and private internet and communications, whether they can afford access or not. However, as a Visionary plan subscriber, I use Proton services for both personal use, as well as my business. Recent issues with ProtonVPN regarding with high loads for U.S. servers, due to people downloading video games, streaming netflix, etc., are very frustrating, especially when using the kill switch.

  2. If you block to access to email account due to un-payment, how I can communicate with you by email about it?

    Regarding unpaid status using by automatic visa payment, there are several reasons to be occur. If you sent some remind the user for payment reminder would be generous. I was so surprised that you block my email account totally due to un-payment be happened.
    I will consider to be non-payment user or change to another account if this "sudden shout down measure" you take to the paid user.

  3. Buy gigabyte storage for my ProtonMail account.

    Hi. I have a free account with only 500MB, but I'd like to increase it to 5GB-10GB at least. Would it not be possible for users to buy permanent storage for their email account?

  4. Payments/banking

    Will soon need a more secure online payments system than PayPal. Seeing as they are very close to the US security state. Not to mention banking. Any thoughts on solving these things are appreciated.

    I'm sure some people prefer to have a subscription under Google Play and use Google play credit as payment method. But it's not available even though Apple has it.

  12. Give non-administatrative users the ability to modify their addresses

    Users that are created within a email organization using Proton professional that are not administrators cannot delete or add new email addresses. They can only change the order of their address priority list.

    There should be an administrative option giving sub-users that capability.

  13. Have VPN in the Application selection area run ProtonVPN

    When I click on the Proton Application area and I choose Mail, Calendar or Drive it loads the applications into a new tab as expected. However, when I choose VPN it takes me to a page to select VPN software for my device. I have already installed and have used the VPN software, why doesn’t it just start my ProtonVPN like the other applications? I run Proton Mail and Calendar all day and when I need to start my VPN this would be handy.

  14. ONE EURO MONTHLY PLAN

    ONE EURO MONTHLY PLAN. Here in Brazil the Euro is equivalent to six times the value of the EURO making it unfeasible without a certain sense. A simple package with 20 or 30 folders, a few more features and Ok would be enough, besides competing with Tutanota. Protonmail is great, read this idea that there is certainly potential for this.

  15. Protonmail Vs Payment "PAYPAL" Registration

    Can I register PayPal using a protonmail account?

    During this time I used a Google account to register PayPal.

    Now there have been many websites and applications that offer ways to get paid via the internet / online and recommend withdrawal of funds using a PayPal account.

    At the moment I still get a little information about the flexibility of this Protonmail account for online payment registration (Paypal, Payeer, Uphold, and others).

    i'd suggest addding a single payment option to your upgrade plan options...as in a one time payment either without automatic renewal or having the option as opt-in instead of having upgraded users having auto-renewal enabled by defualt

  19. Another subscription plan

    I wouldn't mind paying you folks for your services but I think given the choice between $48 a year and $0 dollars a year, in this case I'll take the $0 dollar option.
    If it were $24 a year I would be much more inclined to accept your "Plus" subscription.
    But I don't need 200 folders, I don't think I need "Custom email addresses", and I don't think I'll ever use ProtonDrive.

    bulu = hair (like the fine hair on one's forearm)

    bolo' = a hole; a pothole in a road
