Your paid plan covers 90% of my needs, but I often need to analyze hundreds of PDFs at once. Could you add a larger context window and the option to buy extra token credits when needed (similar to Eustella AI Pro)? Slight modification to higher tier paid plans
For the Proton Duo and Proton Unlimited plan I suggest more chat history in lumo(I would suggest like from 2-3 months to a year) and slightly more usage, not anything crazy, but just something to differentiate them from lower tier plans

I use Proton services to keep important documents secure. Has anyone created a good folder structure for storing professional certification records like CMA exam registrations, payment receipts, certificates, and study notes?

Feature Request: Prorated Subscription Upgrades
"I would like to suggest a feature that allows upgrading an existing subscription to a higher tier with prorated pricing. Having to pay the full price of the new tier without receiving any credit for the active subscription makes upgrading unappealing. Upgrading to a premium tier should be an attractive option for the customer."

Upgrade with overused storage
After a few months of being on Drive plus I realized that the Mail plus plan fits me better. Proton drive drives me crazy so I am moving that to pcloud instead.
I currently have 100 gb in my drive, all of it is photos and videos that I am unable to delete since there is no good way of doing that.
I was unable to go directly from the drive plus to the Mail plus plan, so instead I cancelled my current plan, thinking that I could sign up on the new plan once the old ended. Now comes…2 votes -

I understand some of your services make sense to buy on a subscription model. But why can't you make the Proton Mail desktop app (for Mac and others) available for a one-time purchase?

Worldwide 30-50% student discount for 2-year Proton Unlimited plan. As long as the already discounted price one gets for the 2-year plan is included.

Bulk Actions for the Spam, block, and allow lists
Currently maintainance of these lists is tedious. Add a checkbox column before the address column in the spam block and allow lists. Once a checkbox has been clicked, a new bulk action menu appears that has a dropdown for spam, block, and allow. Add buttons for de/select all and delete all items in this new bulk action header. Also add pagination size in increments of 25.

Allow a ProtonVPN Plus User to Simply Upgrade ONE of The Included (Free) ProtonPass, ProtonDrive, or ProtonMail but NOT ALL of them
I bought ProtonVPN Plus for 24 months. It comes with Free, but Limited ProtonPass, ProtonDrive, and ProtonMail.
I want to upgrade to ProtonPass Plus, but I don't have any use for ProtonDrive or ProtonMail. I have been heavily invested in other solutions for many years

multi user plan in apple store
Apple and google store don't support multi user i.e family plans not there is local pricing available, given some countries have restriction to send foreign currency is it posisble to get these plans in apple or Google play store so it is easier for people to subscribe, the single user plans are allready available.
