Ability to modify billing dates
I want to have the option of changing the billing dates for future renewals: e.g. changing a biannual renewal from the 17th of August to the 1st of August. I have contacted Proton about this and it is not currently available nor in development.

I have a suggestion that I believe would greatly benefit Proton's global user base: expanding the accepted currencies for payments beyond EUR, CHF, and USD. Proton has a growing international community, and allowing payments in additional local currencies would make it more convenient for users across the globe.Benefits of this expansion could include:

admin takeover additional precautions
When an account has more than one admin, allow the primary admin to set an additional security precaution or set the second/third/etc... admin to secondary/third/etc... admin, such as an additional password, or 2FA code. This would protect the original account holder, incase the second/third/etc... admin tries to take over the account of the original account holder.

Accept payments in SEK (Swedish Crown).
I would like you to be able to accept more currencies for the payments. Swedish crowns (SEK) would be better for me for having the exact monthly amount every month. I am sure other countries with different currencies would appreciate that too for the same reason.

Freezing an account after payment is used up or after initiating a freeze by the account owner
Please freeze an account for e.g. two years after a the payment is used up. In case of the death of the owner, family members (who had been authorized by the owner during her or his lifetime) should have enough time to take over the account.
Generally, there should be a process to allow authorized people to take over accounts of users who are not able to control their account anymore.
This also could be a feature e.g. for journalists who lose control over their accounts. The freezing also could be triggered by a "password" defined by the account owner…

Realistic family plan like 100GB storage instead of 3 TB
Look at Google Family Plans.
It starts from 100 GB.

SWITCHING OUT PAYMENT CARDS?
So my bank replaced my card, as they regularly do, but I can find NO place at all within the proton website to CHANGE my card. It's asking me to make a payment for my renewal, which I can't do because the card on file is no longer a valid card. It's 2024 and I can't CHANGE the card on file?

Month to Month plans after terms are met
As an added benefit of the longer term plans, such as 12 and 24 month, extend that pricing post term completion.
So, if 24 months of proton mail were $191.76 upfront(which would be $7.99 a month), then the 25th month and beyond is billed monthly at $7.99.
If someone committed to 24 months, then they keep that rate M2M afterwards.

Outbox/Sending folder
Currently on mobile platforms it isn't possible to know whether the mail is sent or is in progress of sending. Any mail after clicking on send will be transferred to Sent folder regardless of it being sent. On web clients the attachments are uploaded before send option is active, in mobile clients it happens dynamically ..... It's a pretty basic feature which shows us the realtime status of mails being sent

Integrate Standard Notes Premium plan with Proton Unlimited
Hopefully I'm not being greedy, but wouldn't it be possible to integrate the premium features of Standard Notes, which are absolutely brilliant, with Proton Unlimited? In my opinion, it feels appropriate now that SN is part of the Proton family, and, in fact, it already works that way in the case of SimpleLogin.

Allow transfer of primary admin role in Proton Family
There are multiple reasons why a primary admin may wish to transfer that role to another email address. For example, the family's threat model has changed since initial configuration, and it has become necessary to segregate ownership of billing, file ownership, and passwords to a standalone admin account accessible only from home and not during travel. With this setup, the primary admin account could not be compromised during travel.

Optional Lockout: Users can enable or disable this feature based on their preference.
