TRANSLATION
They should make it simpler. that we can easily and at all times see our subscription level and also for customer support these very very complicated.
It took 3 days to solve my problem at first he said he had nothing abnormal but I no longer had access to anything.
They have made a lot of progress in customer support.
But they should also set up support in French.
On everything for customers like me who pay.
So if someone from the French-speaking customer service could contact me it would be appreciated and also during the hours of the day in Quebec (Canada) thank you
