    Peppol is a digital way to send invoices. No e-mailing and manual import into account software. Peppol does it all for you.

  3. Reward for support system

    A win-win system: You can offer a membership for supporters - when they register and pay for example 8 €/month ( 1 € for you, 2 € fe for planting trees, 5 € for rewarding those who recommended protonmail to them - 5 level up). They get rewarded 1 € each from 5 level deep and each month can see exactly how much they care for others and support them. It needs few words or a little video to explain and connects people worldwide.
    Everyone can create an income of a few 100 € - or more - easyly.

  4. Ability to save preferred app choice on login menu

    Hello!

    Earlier this year, I noticed that after entering my account name and password on the login page, instead of going directly to my email, I've been directed to a page where I can choose which Proton app I want to use (email, calendar, etc.). I love that Protonmail is creating more features with security as their cornerstone; however, I use email 95%+ of the time, and it would be nice if I could check a box to select my preferred app so I don't have to visit the app menu every time I login.

  5. Allow deletion of primary payment method when credit balance exceeds subscription renewal cost

    Enable users to delete their primary payment method if their available credit balance is greater than the automatic renewal cost of their subscription.

  6. admin takeover additional precautions

    When an account has more than one admin, allow the primary admin to set an additional security precaution or set the second/third/etc... admin to secondary/third/etc... admin, such as an additional password, or 2FA code. This would protect the original account holder, incase the second/third/etc... admin tries to take over the account of the original account holder.

  7. Billing Role

    Proton have member and admin roles but it does not have a billing role.

    I'm proposing the creation of the billing role giving permission to:

    1. Manage payment media (ex: add/replace credit card)
    2. See and download bills

    Nice to have: Option to send by email bills directly to billing contacts

    Why?
    Accounting departments must to get the bills and it is a waste of time for sysadmins to have to login, download and send the bill by email to accounting.

  8. Allow 2F Security Keys for Password Reset and Account Recovery

    One of the more secure options for account recovery or password resets would be to utilize security keys. Security keys can inherently contain 2-3 factors of verification in one. You have to physically have the key (1F), you have to then touch the key to confirm human contact (2F), and you can require that a password for the key be entered (3F).   10. Realistic family plan like 100GB storage instead of 3 TB

    Look at Google Family Plans.
    It starts from 100 GB.

    I assume pricing would also decrease for 100 GB plan, 200 GB plan as it's relatively smaller than 3 TB.

  11. Month to Month plans after terms are met

    As an added benefit of the longer term plans, such as 12 and 24 month, extend that pricing post term completion.

    So, if 24 months of proton mail were $191.76 upfront(which would be $7.99 a month), then the 25th month and beyond is billed monthly at $7.99.

    If someone committed to 24 months, then they keep that rate M2M afterwards.

  13. Make Visionary accounts transferable

    Make non-lifetime visionary accounts transeferable. Since this type of account is no longer available for purchase one may one to pass it to somebody else when it is no longer needed by original owner.

    I have a feature request for Proton that I think could greatly enhance account security, especially against brute force attacks.

    Feature Details:

    Optional Lockout: Users can enable or disable this feature based on their preference.
    Customizable Attempt Limits: Users can choose the number of incorrect password attempts that will trigger a lockout (e.g., 2, 5, or 10 attempts).
    Customizable Lockout Duration: Users can set the duration of the lockout period (e.g., 1 hour, 10 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours).

  15. Rearrange Plans

    Here is the thing. We all come here for privacy, yes? Now, if I had to take a guess of users : the 5 services : the frequency of which one was used.

    I bet you, were looking at a dominant % on the ultimate plan, especially the 1-2yr deals. I don't think there are many people who only buy proton drive plus, as it is the same price as mail & calendar premium. They made Proton Pass relatively cheap, i think as low as $1.99 per m/o.   16. Less granularity of features / too many upsell cards

    Been using Proton Plus for a while now. It's a great service. I also pay for Simplelogin Premium subscription.

    With that said, Mail Plus does not feel like it's a premium (or even a paid) service because literally every time I go to access settings, there are upsell cards for Unlimited being 'Recommended' - along with the permanent 'Get Unlimited' on my mailbox screen

    As a paying customer, I don't think it is reasonable to be constantly badgered to pay more.

  17. Large family plan

    Hi,

    I currently administer a domain for my extended family (50 members) and we are on the free services from google and have enjoyed their services for 15 years+.
    I would really like to switch to Proton, but find no plan that fits.
    I would love to see a plan for "Large Families", that could go up to 50 members and i believe it could still be done within the 3TB of space in the current family plan.

  18. Family Plan for Mail and VPN with Parental Control

    As everyone is already asking for a Family plan I don't have to repeat this. I would be up for a Familyplan including VPN and then add a Parental Control function. Changes needed:
    - Family plan for up to 6 Persons 2 of those are "Grown Ups" and 4 are Child-Accounts
    - VPN Client that can be forced and not turned off for the Child-Accounts
    - Family filter or at least Surf-report for Parents of the Child VPN Access
    - Family Filter or Report for Child Mail Accounts

  19. Accept payments in SEK (Swedish Crown).

    I would like you to be able to accept more currencies for the payments. Swedish crowns (SEK) would be better for me for having the exact monthly amount every month. I am sure other countries with different currencies would appreciate that too for the same reason.

  20. Multi-part recovery phrase

    Add a possibility to set up recovery phrase similar to shamir. Basically allow creation of up to five phrases and require at least three of them to successfully restore the account. This will help shifting from relaying on one specific phrase as it could be a security risk having a duplicate at multiple places.
