    Somehow my other proton application accounts passwords are not the same as in this forum and I was trying to make all the same and have issues I cannot see.

  3. Check when older addresses were last used (+3m, +6m, +2yrs, etc.)

    I would like to know at any given time when older addresses I have were last used (without having to manually log this info).

    This would be very helpful so that I can delete addresses that seem to have no further usefulness and then I have more freedom to create other addresses.

  4. Setting up access for addresses that are in the main Proton family account

    Hello, everyone! I bought a proton family, it would be great if I could configure access settings for the email addresses in my account, such as whether or not I need a VPN disk size etc.

    Now it looks like this, either all addresses that are in the main admin account have the same access level and the same password, or I have to create a separate account and configure it separately, which for example if you use your own domain name tied to Proton - not very convenient, because it can be tied to only one account.

  5. Allow paying a fixed amount of money to prevent account deletion

    I noticed that ProtonMail now has an inactive accounts policy. I have several accounts and I do not want to have any of them be deleted. I also cannot afford to pay for monthly subscriptions for each of them, and would not use any of the paid features.

    Instead, can we just have like a one-time payment to prevent the account from deleted? I would happily pay $1, $2, or even $5 one-time if I can ensure that ProtonMail will never automatically delete my account. If not, I will have to set myself a reminder to log in every few…

  6. Monthly payments for yearly plans

    Spending close to €200 for a 2 year unlimited plan in one payment right now is difficult for many people, and I believe you would get much more uptake if you allowed purchase using a monthly installment method.

    I, for one, was about to buy your Proton Unlimited package until I discovered that I'd have to spend almost €200 in one go to get it.

    Offering a monthly payment subscription option is a sound business model in these times of financial strain, so please can I ask that you at least consider the idea?

    I think it would be nice if you could have the option to pay for the same plan but with an increased storage. For example an Unlimited plan, but with 2TB of storage instead of just 500GB.

  10. Log in to User Voice with Proton Account

    When I was looking for a feature within ProtonMail I came across this platform for users. The first surprise was that I needed to create a new account to contribute to this platform while I am already have a ProtonMail account. So, my first suggestion for this platform is that everyone with a ProtonMail account also can use their ProtonMail account for this platform.

    Another item is that there is no general welcome or explanation to this Uservoice platform. It would be nice (and helpful) as a new user of uservoice to know a bit how it works here.

  11. Make referal link work on a existing account

    Proton is mainly for the people who strive for privacy and security.

    The people here want to test, to see and to research for themselves in order to make the best choice and your referal system seems to counter that idea.
    The referal link work exclusivement for a new account that doesn't exist yet so the people can test the pro version first without trying the free first.

  12. Add message to add Network fees while making Crypto payments

    Since we are all new to Crypto payments , as a normal user we tend to make payments as displayed on screen. Proton could add an additional message saying to add network fees in addition to the amount displayed on screen. Also you can add Network address used for Crypto transaction, otherwise some may lose their transfers by making use of wrong network address

  14. Allow Purchasable Permanent Options

    I've brought this suggestion up before I knew about this feedback forum. I think allowing free users the ability to purchase permanent options such as additional storage at 1GB increments and additional calendars would be great for those looking to add more features without upgrading and potentially losing the "bonus" space when you downgrade.

    I am grateful that there was a recent upgrade from 1 calendar to 3 for free users, but I think an additional permanent purchase option would be helpful to both the customer and business sides of Proton.

    Add more free filters like at least 3 because free accounts only have 1 available filter and paid accounts have unlimited. I've also seen similar posts on here from 2016 of this issue and free accounts still only have 1 filter.

  16. visionary lifetime after some years

    Today Proton have launch a family plan, with few difference with visionary plan. More stockage for visionary members and acces to some beta program.

    Maybe Visionary plan can Evolve today.

    first visionary members are already lifetime visionary member.

    New Proton members can't subscribe to Visionary plan, and new Visionary members (~~ 10/years) are also lifetime members because they became visionary with the lottery.

    So I think we could imagine visionary pay members could after 5-6 years become lifetime visionary members.

    Proton grow Up this feature will have low effect on Proton economi.

  17. Military Veterans/Disabled Veterans Discount

    Military Veterans or Disabled Veterans (can provide proof) should get a discount. In the USA, about 2% of our population are veterans/active/reserve etc. How can providing 2% a discount break a company?? It would actually build business!

  19. Separate login option for vpn and mail ! not good for security

    It don't make sense that we have to use our email login for everything, we should have the option to make different logins for each service to stop me putting my master password for my proton account on all my devices for vpn and/or drive. Dont say pay twice as i already pay premium compared to the other services and this should be normal practice for a privacy focused company.
