Stop advertising recovery options as 'Security'
Just got another mail to add recovery options to my account in order to increase 'security' or 'safety'. I don't know in which dimension adding another attack vector to the account increases account security in any way. Yes, regular users forget passwords but that doesn't mean you have to advocate for watering down account security on a mass scale, because:
- users who usually forget their passwords also squander around with recovery keys
- users who use other means of recovery (additional e-mail accounts and so on), also usually have bad account security for those recovery methods.

critical need of PASSKEY & 2FA (BOTH) TO SIGN IN ASAP ASAP its easy for you proton dont wait for votes
my friend saw my both passwords (2 password mode) from behind while i was signing in to proton account, i didnt knew this until he told me and now teasing me but that's not the issue.
the critical issue is that it is possible and successful.
i need to SIGN IN by using PASSKEY & 2FA BOTH so that my passwords remain confidential even if someone see everything while i am signing in.

Make Activity Monitoring Available for Proton Visionary Users
As a Proton Visionary user, I would greatly appreciate having access to the Activity Monitoring feature within this plan. This would allow me to track how my account is being used, see important changes that have been made, and respond quickly if any unwanted activities occur.
Including this feature in Visionary would be a valuable addition, since the plan promises the maximum limits and features available. Suggestions for Billing and Payment Options

1. It would be very helpful if the billing date could be adjusted directly in the user dashboard.

Allow us to create other accounts with custom domains we already have tied to existing accounts
Having me be able to use a custom email domain for my account is cool, however, limiting what I can do with the domain that I PAID FOR, is entirely overstepping boundaries. I should be able to create a new email under my account using my custom domain, and then be able to create an entirely separate proton account using that email with my custom domain. Connecting to Proton services with 3FA
Have the ability to log in through three separate forms of identification before accessing the Proton account.
For example :
1 - the Proton password
2 - Google Authentication code (or any other tool)

Lifetime Family Plan
I like the idea of the lifetime plan, but what I miss is the option to "merge" several lifetime plans. Especially on the password manager, I see this as a missing feature because we currently have a family plan to be able to have shared vaults and I would love to switch everybody to a lifetime plan but then we can no longer share a vault. I find it quite unfortunate as the lifetime plan covers all the basics and would then allow ever family member to buy add-ons as needed (e.g. more storage space), but this way it limits…

easier access to my account management
I'm getting confused how difficult it is to access the management of my account, to see for instance my subscription plan.
I have received an e-mail tell me my plan has been renewed and there is a link to go to a dashboard to be able to cancel or adjust my plan.
Until here everything is fine but when I click on the link I'm redirected to a web page with all the apps and no where I can access my account...

Allow for an upgrade path in Google Play......
I am stuck after buying a Pass Plus subscription. No upgrade path in Google Play, no way out, no support. Contacted both Proton support and Google support. No help from either ends. Only 2 options are:
1. Wait until my subscription expires NEXT YEAR in September PLUS another 60 day grace period they have to keep themselves linked to you as long as possible. And there's no guarantee they will even unlink themselves after waiting for OVER A YEAR! These are just fairytales.

Greater Clarity
I have been a bit disappointed with Proton. It seemed to be perfect for me, and I thought the lowest paid subscription would cover all that I needed. I read carefully what was offered, but I soon discovered, one at a time, that I had to up the ante, so I ended up having to pay double what I had expected. Visionary + Business Suite Plan
I would like a combination of the Visunar plan and the business plan.
A subscription where you can manage both features.
I would consider it worth €150 a month for 10 users + 1 VPN IP server.
The API key should be easier to manage.
You should be able to delete the IP monitoring logs yourself.
The business plan should have an admin account whose rights cannot be revoked by other admin accounts in the organization.I would like to test the beta features.

I want to add VPN to my Mail Plus account and take advantage of the end of summer sale
The end of summer sale is tempting but I already have products from other providers so I don't need the whole Unlimited offering. Besides which, after a year the price would escalate and I couldn't justify the expense. I want to add VPN to my existing Mail Plus account, preferably via the end of summer discount, but I can't find a way to do this. Why can't I have Mail Plus plus VPN? Lowest Cost Family Plan
Guys - I would love to purchase and support Proton, but the pricing needs to be changed up. I'm not sure where y'all are at, but not all Americans are rich. My wife and I are both teachers. We keep all our important stuff in ProtonMail for security, but we have access to M365 and Google for free, and practically no limit on space or features.

Create an easy way to backup and delete emails from certain dates to save storage space
In the global cost of living crisis we need more help from companies trying to do good. many of us just can't afford to continually upgrade packages from storage getting filled up. At the same time, we don't want to be using unnecessary resources putting pressure on Proton. There already exists a backup/export process but it's not particularly user friendly and as far as I can tell there's no options, it's either all or nothing. Multiple 2FA Devices
Proton supports setting up 2FA for logins to Proton itself which is great, however I would like the option to setup more than one 2FA device (ie. Apple Passwords, Microsoft Authenticator, Bitwarden, etc.)
