Stop locking advertised 1GB of storage behind a 15-day call to action
One's locked at 500Mb if they don't perfom actions they might not even be able to, although the service advertised itself as 1GB no strings attached.
It feels shady, reminds of the disgraceful practices we're trying to avoid by using Proton, & completely turned a friend off the service because they wanted a clean e-mail adress, not another source of economic pressure.6 votes -
Allow for an upgrade path in Google Play......
I am stuck after buying a Pass Plus subscription. No upgrade path in Google Play, no way out, no support. Contacted both Proton support and Google support. No help from either ends. Only 2 options are:
1. Wait until my subscription expires NEXT YEAR in September PLUS another 60 day grace period they have to keep themselves linked to you as long as possible. And there's no guarantee they will even unlink themselves after waiting for OVER A YEAR! These are just fairytales.
2. Make a new account and subscribe online and pay full price and lose my current domain.…

Greater Clarity
I have been a bit disappointed with Proton. It seemed to be perfect for me, and I thought the lowest paid subscription would cover all that I needed. I read carefully what was offered, but I soon discovered, one at a time, that I had to up the ante, so I ended up having to pay double what I had expected. That was reluctantly accepted, only for me to discover,which is not clearly stated as far as I can tell, that there is no app for Linux on Proton Drive. Visionary + Business Suite Plan
I would like a combination of the Visunar plan and the business plan.
A subscription where you can manage both features.
I would consider it worth €150 a month for 10 users + 1 VPN IP server.
The API key should be easier to manage.
You should be able to delete the IP monitoring logs yourself.
The business plan should have an admin account whose rights cannot be revoked by other admin accounts in the organization.I would like to test the beta features.

I want to add VPN to my Mail Plus account and take advantage of the end of summer sale
The end of summer sale is tempting but I already have products from other providers so I don't need the whole Unlimited offering. Besides which, after a year the price would escalate and I couldn't justify the expense. I want to add VPN to my existing Mail Plus account, preferably via the end of summer discount, but I can't find a way to do this. Why can't I have Mail Plus plus VPN? (I previously posted this on Reddit but I'm unable to view Proton's response for some reason)

Create an easy way to backup and delete emails from certain dates to save storage space
In the global cost of living crisis we need more help from companies trying to do good. many of us just can't afford to continually upgrade packages from storage getting filled up. At the same time, we don't want to be using unnecessary resources putting pressure on Proton. There already exists a backup/export process but it's not particularly user friendly and as far as I can tell there's no options, it's either all or nothing. I have 17.5GB of emails, I really don't need all of them saved, but there's no apparent way to just say sort emails over 3…

Create new Account/user from within duo settings
I have 2 businesses running from within 1 duo account which I need to separate into 2 separate accounts from within duo admin, I want to drag and drop the addresses from the main account into the new user account to separate my businesses, this is Critical!
I cannot delete the addresses and reclaim them under a new account because not only is there a limit to delete 1 per year, but also my business domains are already setup for both businesses under 1 account, I want and need to separate them like separate entities from within the duo admin.6 votes -

Scoped account logins/workspaces
For context, I am someone who works in a high security field where I am not allowed to have my personal phone on me depending on the area I am working in that day and only authorized to carry my work provided phone. On this work phone I am allowed to install personal apps in the personal android profile however everything is monitored. I would like a proton account management feature where you can set multiple passwords for your account that are associated with a different scope of access. A feature allowing people to practice recovering an account in a safe space is appreciated. Then I can feel more comfortable with the process without harming my existing account.
Perhaps this could be part of an education / setup / review / training system.

Recover email by two methods
If some get access to my recovery email ,he will be able easily to change the password, please make the email recovery with two or 3 methods ..for example( recovery email+Phone recovery)or (phone recovery +Seed phrase)and for security if the network changed ask for the three options

Scheduled Account-Wide Login Restrictions (All Proton Services)
My Idea
I'd like the ability to choose specific hours when my Proton Mail and all the others Proton apps as well cannot accept new logins.
Example:
Set account to close from 8 PM to 7 AM daily
No one (including myself) can log in during this window
Automatically reopens at 7 AM
Why This MattersWhen I'm sleeping, I don't want to worry about someone getting into my account if credentials are compromised or if there's physical access to a device. This would add a temporal security layer beyond password and 2FA.

Share custom domain between different paid plans
Note: this request is for multiple separate accounts (on separate plans) to be able to use the same custom domain, not multiple users/accounts on the same plan. In my case I have a custom domain I'd like my family to use (my spouse and kids, 6 total users) as well as my parents and siblings (another 6 users). Moving to a business plan is cost-prohibitive ($48/mo total for two family accounts vs. $156/mo for 12 business users), and I really don't want to have to register a different custom domain for each family plan.

Improve and expand QR code sign-in so it works from a PC
The QR code sign-in is fantastic, however, it should also allow users to sign in outside portable devices. For example, using a logged in session within the browser could improve the logging workflow experience for users with degoogled devices as the user can then only have a security key setup in their account and avoid altogether less secure forms of 2FA such as TOTP. At the moment, degoogled devices pretty much must have TOTP enabled, which is not ideal for those seeking maximum security within a degoogled ecosystem.

allowing business customers to regularly pay by bank transfer and add a button for that
Dear all, since business customers do not prefer recurring payments being done by credit card or PayPal, would it be possible to accept payment by bank transfer as a normal option? Currently, I have to write to your support every month, showing that I have paid my plan for the upcoming month, and proton matches my payment manually. The business suite only earns that name when business customers can pay by bank transfer. This is standard business practice.

Build Your Own Plan (BYOP)
I feel kind of stuck right now with my decision to switch to Proton VPN, but I already pay for Proton Mail and can’t justify Proton Unlimited. I already have the Lifetime plan for Proton Pass, so I don’t want to pay for it again. I don’t really want cloud storage either, because I’d rather have all my files stored locally. I just want to pay for email and VPN, hopefully with a bundle discount that would justify the switch, as $29/year for my current VPN is hard to beat.
