    Authentication on https://account.proton.me/de/reauth or proton pass, the password is being displayed and filled by default. This should not be the case.

  2. Scoped account logins/workspaces

    For context, I am someone who works in a high security field where I am not allowed to have my personal phone on me depending on the area I am working in that day and only authorized to carry my work provided phone. On this work phone I am allowed to install personal apps in the personal android profile however everything is monitored. I would like a proton account management feature where you can set multiple passwords for your account that are associated with a different scope of access.   3. Recover email by two methods

    If some get access to my recovery email ,he will be able easily to change the password, please make the email recovery with two or 3 methods ..for example( recovery email+Phone recovery)or (phone recovery +Seed phrase)and for security if the network changed ask for the three options

  4. Sign in to the account with email aliases

    I would like us to be able to choose the emails (main account email and email alias) that can be used to authenticate on the account. Currently it is possible to authenticate with all emails, principal and alias, this can induce a security risk by multiplying the connection possibilities.

  5. Family plan including Lumo+

    I would appreciate a family plan that also includes Lumo+. Currently, I need a family plan plus four Lumo+ subscriptions to cover all of us, which exceeds my budget. Ideally, I am looking for an all-in-one family plan.

  6. Build Your Own Plan (BYOP)

    I feel kind of stuck right now with my decision to switch to Proton VPN, but I already pay for Proton Mail and can’t justify Proton Unlimited. I already have the Lifetime plan for Proton Pass, so I don’t want to pay for it again. I don’t really want cloud storage either, because I’d rather have all my files stored locally. I just want to pay for email and VPN, hopefully with a bundle discount that would justify the switch, as $29/year for my current VPN is hard to beat.

  7. Mail Plus Family Plan – Affordable Secure Email for The Whole Family

    I love Proton’s encrypted email and want my extended family to use it, but most relatives only need a mailbox—not the full Proton suite. Paying for separate Mail Plus accounts or a bundled Family plan (which includes services we never use) is costly and cumbersome. A dedicated family plan for Mail Plus would let me sponsor and manage everyone’s accounts in one place.

  9. Stop locking advertised 1GB of storage behind a 15-day call to action

    One's locked at 500Mb if they don't perfom actions they might not even be able to, although the service advertised itself as 1GB no strings attached.
    It feels shady, reminds of the disgraceful practices we're trying to avoid by using Proton, & completely turned a friend off the service because they wanted a clean e-mail adress, not another source of economic pressure.

  10. Create a cheaper Unlimited Lite Plan

    12.99€ is a lot of money for a lot of people, but the Free plan might not be enough, so I’d really like to have a Unlimited lite plan that’s cheaper with less features

    Maybe only 100gb of cloud
    10 Calenders
    100 Simplelogin aliases
    5 VPN Users
    5 Emails
    That maybe priced at 7.99€ a month or 84€ per Year

    To make the switch from data stealing companies easier and cheaper for a lot of people who might not be able to pay 12.99 a month/ 120€ per Year or aren’t from a first world county where it can be…

  11. Create new Account/user from within duo settings

    I have 2 businesses running from within 1 duo account which I need to separate into 2 separate accounts from within duo admin, I want to drag and drop the addresses from the main account into the new user account to separate my businesses, this is Critical!
    I cannot delete the addresses and reclaim them under a new account because not only is there a limit to delete 1 per year, but also my business domains are already setup for both businesses under 1 account, I want and need to separate them like separate entities from within the duo admin.

  12. Allow adding a second paypal payment method or updating/deleting current

    I used my Paypal account to pay for my Proton account. I updated my Paypal credentials with anonymous login. I can not either change the Paypal credentials or delete the Paypal payment method. I have to add a card to allow me to change Paypal account. This is not ideal.

    Please allow Paypal information update or add a second Paypal method.

  14. Adopt a sliding scale approach to pricing and a more flexible customizable plan building option

    More flexible "choose your own adventure" style plan building. all options are given a value and you can construct a plan tailored to your needs.

    example: i could have a family plan for email for 3 people with minimal features except for privacy and i could have the flexibility to pay small additional fee to upgrade storage for all accounts. or even just the option to add more storage with the free drive account for a small monthly fee would be better.

    [my opinion: Ideally adding discounted plans for community groups/activists and a focus on a discount for low income…

  15. security practice or training in a safe environment

    Proton has a security review page which is great. https://account.proton.me/u/0/pass/recovery

    A feature allowing people to practice recovering an account in a safe space is appreciated. Then I can feel more comfortable with the process without harming my existing account.

    Perhaps this could be part of an education / setup / review / training system.

  18. OAuth flow for external applications to use to access Proton services

    Allow developers to implement their own apps integrated to the Proton enviroment and, through an auth flow, get the required permissions to use users accounts

    Examples of implementation
    Proton Drive SDK (Existing Proton Drive SDK implementation of authentication and app indentification is easily forjable and apps wth bad intentions will store user credentials)
    A future Proton Mail SDK (which would allow open email clients like Thunderbird to implement Proton Mail without the need of Proton Mail Bridge)

  19. Auditing/logs: Generate a log entry or increment counter for any sent or received emails.

    This would be a powerful tool to monitor for covertly diverted or transmitted emails. The log entry would not have to include any information about the email, just that an email was sent or received. It can be left up to the user to correlate it with their messages.

  20. Have a sales team that actually answers your requests

    On 2 occasions I reached out about our interest for migrating to Proton for business, both times I got an answer telling me how excited you were to help us and asking for more information. I answered twice and never got any answer. Is it because we are too small of a company?
    This is very disappointing, we were very interested by your solutions, but I guess we will have to find a different approach to better secure our information...
