2. Allow disabling recovery phrase nag messages

   Allow a user to permanently dismiss the recovery phrase nag messages.

   The web interface keeps bothering me to set a recovery phrase but I do not want to set one because I am already using a password manager to store my password. I do not see any benefit of having a recovery phrase because any circumstance that would cause me to lose my password would also cause me to lose the recovery phrase.

3. Shared folders for proton drive with business plans

   Add shared Folders or a Common proton drive for all proton users within a business plan of one company.

   It would be great to have a company wide proton drive where ieach folder can have access rights for a List of users.

4. Benefits + locking in long term users

   I was thinking of a good and healthy way for both users and company to support long term users.

   I got to this idea.

   Every year a customer has a subscription they get 1% more lifetime discount. (Until the subscription is cancelled)
   So after 1 year you get 1%
   2 years 2%
   That goes up to a maximum for example 25% after being a loyal customer for 25 years.
   Or 50% after 50 years that's up to the company what they feel good about.

   If you cancel your subscription once (or can't pay it) you lose all the build up discount earned and you need to start over.
   Upgrading plans to for example a family plan or downgrading a plan should be possible without losing the discount.
   If you downgrade to a completely free account you lose the discount.
   This way long term users will want to keep their earned discount by continuing the subscription. But they will also feel happy they are not forgotten and actually receive a cheaper price then newer users.

   The company ensures that they have paying users over the long term and the users have a very good discount the longer they stay.

   I'm also specifically talking about a discount because the company can still raise the base price of the subscriptions if they want or need to.

   Lastly I the company can still promote their products with a black Friday price giving them 50% or maybe the maximum discount earned after being loyal for x amount of years. But they will only get that price the first year and each account can only use that promotion once.
   That way they would need to make a new account and email every year if they want to keep getting the black Friday promo for example. (I think this happens now also from time to time)

   What do you guys think about this?

5. Very Expensive for disabled UK pensioner

   Offer incentive of discount for loyal customers. Product is great but regretably far too expensive!
   When you are a disabled pensioner in the UK, we cannot afford the high "usual" price.
   You should be encouraging folk to renew, not leave.
   Great product and customer service. Poor unaffordable pricing!
   Why increase the "churn rate" when you already have a captive audience?

6. Lowest Cost Family Plan

   Guys - I would love to purchase and support Proton, but the pricing needs to be changed up. I'm not sure where y'all are at, but not all Americans are rich. My wife and I are both teachers. We keep all our important stuff in ProtonMail for security, but we have access to M365 and Google for free, and practically no limit on space or features.

   I would pay for Proton Mail - just because. If I could get everything for my family for something like $99 a year, I would do it. I think you would have a ton of sales pouring in if you did the family plan for $99. Sometimes the overwhelming sales will make up for any lost profit.

   Please - think about it!

10. Allow wechat pay for Proton.

    So I am living in China and I do not have Paypal and anything that can be used for paying. The only thing I can use right now is Wechat payment. Can proton add a wechat pay feature where I can pay through wechat? That'll make things way easier in China where everything is restricted and not allowing me to pay for anything

13. Family plan with more VPN device slots

    I'm subscribed to Proton Unlimited and I'm already using 5 device slots in Proton VPN. I would love to upgrade to the family plan but the family plan still offers only 10 VPN device slots. Each of us have at least 3 devices so we'd love to have additional VPN slots even if it costs more.

16. Offer a premium plan for Proton Calendar that’s separate from Mail Plus

    I would like to have access to the premium features of Proton Calendar, like having more than 3 calendars, being able to customize the colors or share calendars with other accounts, but I don’t need Mail Plus. I have specific needs for my email hosting and Proton Mail Plus is not the best option for them, so I have another paid email provider. I would be happy to pay 1€ per month to access the premium features of Proton Calendar, but paying the price of Mail Plus (around 4 or 5€ per month) just to get the calendar is too much for me.

    Could you please create a premium plan for Proton Calendar that is separate from the premium plan for Proton Mail? It could be called “Calendar Plus” for example, and would allow people like me to pay a little something for premium calendar features, without being forced to pay for extra Mail storage, aliases, custom domains, premium support, etc. Thank you!

    Allow the user to set the default 2fa, with the effect that the default 2FA is displayed first. I use 1Password password manager. For Proton, I use both a security key and an authenticator. Proton insists on prompting for a security key and showing authenticator as an alternative. I almost never use the security key; it is my backup. But this behavior by Proton, prompting for the security key, prevents my password manager from getting me logged all of the way in automatically.

    I currently have to click the authenticator tab. When I do that, my password manager takes over again and gets me in.

18. Proton Visionary for Single User

    I would love to support Proton by subscribing to the Visonary plan, however, I am the only one in my family that would be using it and I don't want to have to pay for 6 Family accounts.

    I currently have Proton Duo (So that I have support for SMTP) and I would love access to Proton Wallet, however, having to pay almost $80AUD isn't feasible.
