Unusual login notifications
If somebody attempts to login to my account from an unusual location, I'd like to receive an email to a couple of email addresses: 1 my proton email; 2 an alternate email (e.g, gmail). Another alternative is receiving an SMS.

Separate login option for vpn and mail ! not good for security
It don't make sense that we have to use our email login for everything, we should have the option to make different logins for each service to stop me putting my master password for my proton account on all my devices for vpn and/or drive. Dont say pay twice as i already pay premium compared to the other services and this should be normal practice for a privacy focused company.

Change Username
Right now if I sign up as username@protonmail.com, there's no way to change it, for instance to user.name@protonmail.com. Even though u.serna.me@protonmail.com and use.rname+change@protonmail.com already goes to username@protonmail.com.
Seems like we should be able to change this if we like!

Advanced Securitiy Logs
I want an advanced version of the current "Security Logs".
This is different from the "Enable advanced logs" option.What I want to see in this log is (by column order):
- UTC/My location based time and date that follows the ISO 8601 format
- IP Address (Also an indication of if the IP is home/VPN/ProtonVPN/Tor/Proxy, etc.)
- Country/City name
- App Name (With detailed info. Web version should specify the device OS and browser type. Android and iOS version should also specify the version and etc.)
- App Version
- A detailed version of the event
- Filter result

Switch from .me to .com or vise versa
I created a new account and accidentally chose .me when I prefer .com
I'd like to be able to change this feature in my email settings.Also, I have another account that I wanted to switch to .me from .com.
Please add the option to swtich between .me and .com and vise versa.

Forgotten password options vulnerability
I clicked the "forgot password" option on the sign in page to test. After entering my email, it immediately prompted for a 12 word phrase.
Immediately prompting for the phrase gives an attacker performing reconnaissance valuable information.

Hey, when I'm at work, I prefer not to enter my password and username every time I log in, and I also don't want the browsers to remember that information. Since my company has control over my computer, it would be really convenient for everyone, including myself, to have a QR code login feature on the web that can be scanned from a phone app, similar to what Binance offers. It's a simple and more secure method. I hope this feature becomes available soon! Goodbye.

Add users-Family Plan-Shared Plan
Ability to add users to your individual paid account and manage them like business accounts with each one having their own login. But limits(I.e. storage, aliases, VPN) are shared between all accounts instead of each new account getting additional limits. Admin can move/allocate limits between accounts under the main account/plan.
Each additional user would add $1-$2 each.

Please combine the Mail Plus and VPN Plus tiers to provide a mid-range upgrade level that covers small upgrades for both Mail & VPN, but less extensive than the full Premium option.

Expert mode for security/recovery
I love Proton and rely on it for email and password management. This makes my Proton account's security paramount, since this is the gateway to everything else now. That is why I have two security keys that protect access to this critically important account with unfishable 2FA. My password is kept offline, and is backed-up in various ways.

Free Trial for Protonmail Premium + cleaner tutorial
I have turned several people on to proton mail and by far the coolest feature is organizing emails based on content/delivery. If you gave a one month free trial for Protonmail Plus I'm sure all of the people I recommended protonmail to would stay with it as their primary email.
On top of that having a walkthrough for individuals using new premium features would help with adding more long term adoption.

Share ProtonMail Plan for a family with multiple users
It would be nice to share my Proton Unlimited plan with my family.
Personally I don't need 500GB per person or 15 email addresses per person, and paying for those features person with a business account at a higher rate than the unlimited plan just doesn't make sense.
It would be nice to be able to enable the Multi User feature for an individual plan and allow them to allocate storage amounts and other resources to individual users as well as manage domain addresses. I could see charging a limited additional user fee for the account of $1 per additional…

Add 3 additional custom domains for EACH family member on family plan
The Family Plan looks like it will become a good option for many in the future, especially once Pass Vault sharing is integrated.
However, the big glaring omission is that the custom domains do not go up for family plans.
Each of my family has their own unique domain, and I want to be able to capture that so they can retain their own unique email domains...
